I woke up and immediately went to go watch TV. I went downstairs and talked to my mom. Her godmother was having back surgery in the morning, so my mom was a little cranky; she had to take her godmother to the doctor’s at 5 in the morning. I couldn’t tell whether she was just generally cranky or if she was just tired.

I didn’t do much all day. I mostly just watched TV and did schoolwork. I finished Master of None and was shook by the end of it. And after, I didn’t know what to watch since I was waiting for Erica to get home to watch The Flash (or as she calls it, The Flonch). I ended up just watching random shows because I was also doing work.

In the middle of the day, I ended up practicing piano. My mom wants me to volunteer at the church near our house as a pianist. I’m a little iffy about it, but we’ll see. I spent a lot of time playing since I didn’t really know what else to do.

Erica came home from school at around 2:20, but she had to leave again soon because she had violin lessons. So, I just kept tinkering around on my computer. I was working on my homework for the web programming class I’m taking. Whenever I talk to Erica about computer science, she just goes “beep bop beep,” kind of like the Spongebob “beep beep bop boop” pattern that I can never remember.

My mom took her to violin lessons, my dad went to my uncle’s house to pick something up for my mom’s godmother, and I was left alone with not much to do. I wandered around the house for a bit, and I watched whatever was on TV because I didn’t know what show to watch.

At around 5, I went to one of our neighbors’ house because I’m going to be cat sitting for her! She and her family are going on vacation at the end of June, and their regular cat sitters aren’t around, so YAY I’m the last choice! Also, thanks to Olivia, who isn’t home, and got me the job. I walked over to Ann’s house to go over what to do and to meet the cat. The cat’s name is Sydney and she’s really fluffy, and I’m really excited because I LOVE CATS. I realize I’m typing that for the second time in these blog posts, but I know it won’t be the last time. I spent around 20 minutes there going through what to do and petting Sydney. Ann rehabilitated some crows, and one of my jobs is to put food out for them. One of the crows landed in the backyard, and HE WAS SO FAT. She’s been feeding them a lot of cat food.

I walked back to my house, and no one was home still. I just scrolled on Facebook because I was tired and needed to take a break. When Erica came home, we watched The Flonch before eating dinner and continued watching after. At 10 pm, when Erica went to bed, my dad and I watched MasterChef together. It’s another show that we’ve watched together since the beginning of the show. I didn’t really do much all day, so it’s a boring post.
